The place is beautiful and closer to important areas, but it was not properly cleaned. The area is beautiful, but the manager was not helpful at all. I informed him of no 'pins' for the side lamps in the main bedroom, to which he replied by saying he would bring them on Saturday. He did not bring them or apologise for not coming. He did not inform me where to drop off the keys when I left on Sunday; I had to ask the security at the main gate and left the keys with him. Furthermore, I had an issue with logging onto the Disney Channel and asked him to assist - he did not respond to my message. Lastly, the sitting room sliding door was not cleaned and the couches had dirty marks; I am not sure if it was pressure to do a proper cleaning before my arrival.
