Heerlik, vriendelike diens. Het nie self gebly, maar vir 'n bejaarde paartjie wat moeilik beweeg. Baie vriendelike en behulpsame diens ontvang. Namens hulle baie dankie.

The place requires renovating. The shower was terrible. No door or curtain. No soap provided. The room was dusty. The TV in the lounge area was not working.

Hello Varge I am very sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your stay. The bathroom that you are referring to is newly renovated (within the last six months). Rather than opt for shower curtains which attract mould and cling to the person showering, we opted for wet rooms... so deliberately no shower curtains, in our rooms 1-4. We always have soap, conditioner and shampoo in dispensers on the wall. I'm sorry if you didn't see this. Naturally had you asked, we would have assisted immediately. The TV in the living room offers smart services (you can stream from your own device) and we subscribe to Netflix. Again, I'm sorry that this was not clear to you, and sorry that you didn't ask. The guest house is cleaned daily, but is in the Karoo which is a very dusty region. Within hours of cleaning, surfaces can become dusty again (this depends on the wind). Please be assured that we do take customer complaints seriously and are looking to improve wherever we can. I hope you have good onward travel, Kind regards Penny

Would stay there again. Our stay was fabulous. This guesthouse is so tranquil and therapeutic because of the beautiful terrace and garden. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly.
