Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
House Rules:
• The House Rules are in place to not only ensure that the property is kept in good condition, but also to allow for you to have a comfortable stay.
• We do not allow ANY parties or events at the property.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (ESPECIALLY after 10pm) so as not to disturb our neighbours and other residents.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
• Towels, hairdryers and other amenities are provided for your comfort. Please ensure these are left at the property when you check out.
• If there are any breakages during your stay, please inform us. This helps us to make sure that the inventory is always kept up to date.
• Please make sure the property is secure and locked before leaving.
• No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property.
Then, there are just a few things to note for your stay:
• Please take care when opening and closing the windows, blinds & curtains
• Kindly ensure the lights are off when not at the unit.
• Please leave rubbish in the refuse room as leaving it in the apartment will result in a fine. There are refuse bins located on the ground floor next to the garage. Just put the closed refuse bags on the opposite of the closed small gate.
