Please note that the 4-sleeper and 8-sleeper are attached and on the same property. The parking area is shared, but there are separate entrances.
Respect quiet hours: 22:00–07:00 (no loud music or noise).
No smoking indoors — smoke only in designated outdoor areas using ashtrays.
Keep the property tidy; report damages promptly. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, which will be subtracted from the breakage deposit upon checkout.
Use braai/lapa responsibly — never leave fires unattended and clean after use. Please clean the braai before checking out.
The pool is only available for the 4-sleeper (2-bedroom apartment) — no diving or rough play; children must be supervised.
No pets.
Lock doors and gates; keep the electric gate closed as it doesn't close automatically. Loss of keys/remote will be charged at an additional cost.
Washing machine and washline are shared and available only on request — please be considerate.
Guests are liable for any damage or loss during their stay.
Please notify the host immediately if anything breaks so we can assist.
