Baie goeie ligging. Die ligging van die eenheid is gerieflik, net oorkant Canal Walk en naby die snelweg. Die eenheid self benodig aandag. Byvoorbeeld, net een drinkglas, kasdeur stukkend, geen wasvadoek of afdroogvadoek in die kombuis, vullisblikke stukkend. Slegs gordynvoering in die leefarea. Sal nie aanbeveel vir lang verblyf nie.

The apartment is well located with a beautiful view but customer service is poor. I was unable to access the key because the PIN provided did not work. As WhatsApp was the only communication channel and I did not receive any response to my messages about the issue, I had to leave my luggage with security and attend a meeting while the situation was being resolved. Later, I had to follow up myself with both the agent and the concierge to find out when I would be able to enter the apartment. There were very few proactive updates, and responses on WhatsApp often came hours later despite being told someone would get back to me “shortly.” Aside from the access issue, the apartment is well located and offers a beautiful view. Most areas of the apartment appeared clean. However, the kitchen floor leading to the balcony was quite sticky, which may have been due to the cleaning product used. I’m not sure whether there was an oversight after the previous guest checked out, but there were no mugs available in the kitchen. It’s also possible they were stored in a cupboard that would not open. In the end, I simply bought myself a mug. I’m not sure if this is a common experience for other guests, but unfortunately my stay did not provide the best overall experience. The apartment itself is decent and has great potential to offer a really good stay. With more responsive communication and stronger attention to guest support, the overall experience could be significantly improved.
