Ons het nie geen krag gehad nie, die backup system was nooit vol nie. Nee ons het nie geen krag gehad nie die backup system was nooit vol nie. Koud gestort elke ogend en aand. Eerste keer wat ek by die webtuiste boek wat so iets met my gebeur. Ons het af gegaan vir 'n troue. 1200km travel om koud te slaap en koud op te staan.

Unfortunately, the power interruptions were caused by an Eskom-related issue that was beyond our control. We understand how disappointing it must have been to travel such a long distance for a special occasion and then experience disruptions to your comfort, including the lack of hot water. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we did our best to assist and provided compensation in recognition of the inconvenience caused. While the circumstances were outside of our control, we understand the impact this had on your stay and regret that it affected your experience.
