Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please, no parties out of respect for the neighbours. If you would like to invite family or friends to the property during your stay, please discuss this with the host.
A gardener services the property every Wednesday between 08:30 and 15:30. He maintains the garden and swimming pool and makes use of the outdoor ablution facilities, so he will not require access to the house.
Optional cleaning services are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at an additional cost per day, payable directly to Veronica, the housekeeper.
Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the upstairs office, which remains locked. The downstairs office, located off the main bedroom, is available for use as a workspace.
