Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Booking Fee of R100.00 per booking
- Cleaning Fee of R580.00 per booking
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A sleeper couch is available for children under 12 years old. Guests are required to request its use in advance.
A Weber grill is provided for braai use. For stays longer than 7 days, a gas grill may be arranged on request.
Guests are required to provide full names, identification details, information regarding accompanying children, vehicle registration details, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information is treated confidentially and is required for access.
All properties are non-smoking. The booking guest accepts responsibility for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen is included. Additional cleaning services may be arranged on request with at least 24 hours’ notice.
A key and breakage deposit is required prior to check-in in accordance with property policies. The applicable amount may vary depending on the property.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption.
Late check-in between 21h00 and 00h00 is subject to an additional fee. Arrivals after 00h00 must be arranged in advance and are subject to further conditions.
