VISITORS, SOCIAL GATHERINGS, BEHAVIOUR AND NOISE
NO VISITORS ALLOWED
Should the guest behave in such a manner that is not acceptable by civilized standards, the occupants will be asked to vacate the apartment. Please respect the quiet times between 22h00 and 08h00
LAUNDRY ON BALCONIES
Owners or occupiers shall not be entitled to hang their laundry on balconies or on any part of the building or the common property to be visible from outside the buildings or from any other section.
This includes objects such as buckets, mops, brooms, and refuse bags.
REFUSE REMOVAL
The Refuse room is situated on the 3rd floor.
No refuse is to be left in front of your door or on the fire escapes.
8th FLOOR ROOF TOP
No alcohol will be allowed on the rooftop.
