Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
This is a condensed version of the house rules, and a comprehensive version is available on request. Please note that the accommodation is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or guests with limited mobility.
Smoking indoors is not permitted. Pets are allowed on the property by prior arrangement and subject to owner approval.
The accommodation is intended for family holidays only and does not accept bookings for student matric groups, unrelated groups, or groups of adults. Functions, parties, or events of any kind are not permitted. The slaughtering of live animals is not allowed on the property.
This is a domestic home located in a residential village, and guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum out of respect for neighbours. Please note that fireworks are not permitted, as Zinkwazi forms part of a conservancy belt where fireworks are illegal.
