Mooiste uitsig, loopafstand van restaurante en strand. Pragtige woonstel, maar kort TLC. Kombuisware moet vervang word. Braaier nodig aandag. Gasheer en ontvangs vriendelik.

Too expensive for what it has to offer, needs minor repairs/improvements. First impression is okay, it is old, but clean. But when you look closer, you see a lot of things that need to be taken care of. All these items were shown to Joao on the day of departure and I hope he relayed them to you. The clock in the kitchen on the wall was not working; I replaced the battery. The faucet in the kitchen, when turned to the right, is massively leaking. I did not use the dishwasher, but when checking, I noted dishwashing powder residue in the machine and, on top, no tabs are provided. But not an issue, as I did not use it. The shower door in the second bathroom at the back is broken and there is mould in the corners that needs to be taken care of. No problem for me, as I used the shower in the master bedroom, but still not acceptable for a place that costs so much. The hairdryer cannot be used because of its plug. Joao said that he constantly provides adapters which then the clients take with them. Charge these people or check when they are leaving! The metal stand on which you can dry laundry on the balcony is broken. The curtains in the living room are dirty and need to be washed. In summary, the apartment is too expensive for what it has to offer.
