Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A golf cart is available at a cost of R750 per day with an extra R5 000 refundable damage deposit. Please note this deposit is over and above the normal damage deposit payable when booking the property.
Guests are advised that the Zimbali Resort welcome centre requires a strict 48-hour turnaround to process all guest identification in order to grant access to the estate. Bookings made less than 48 hours before arrival cannot be confirmed, as access to Zimbali Coastal Estate will not be possible. A copy of a valid ID, passport, or driver’s licence is required for every guest.
Guests should note that Uber and taxi services are not permitted to enter the estate for drop-off or collection, and it is therefore recommended that a car be hired.
Day visitors are not allowed into Zimbali Coastal Estate.
Guests are further advised that the beach and sea area closest to Zimbali is not safe for swimming due to rip tides and strong underwater currents.
