Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No pets are permitted.
Rage, stag or similar party groups are not allowed.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment.
No additional guests are allowed without prior arrangement.
A once-off exit cleaning fee of R750 is payable per stay.
A refundable breakage deposit is required and will be refunded within 14 days after departure.
Cash deposit fees and SWIFT payment fees are for the guest’s account.
