House Rules
Smoking of any form is not permitted in any of our units. If you are caught transgressing this rule, you will be warned once. If this continues, you will be levied with a R3 000 fine. If the issue continues beyond this, you will be evicted from the unit without compensation.
Please consider your neighbours and keep noise down to a reasonable level at all times.
Check out time is at 10:00 am.
Guests have full access to their apartment and all building facilities.
This includes the restaurants and convenience stores on the ground floor, the laundromat on the first floor with washers and dryers, and the entire fourth floor with communal seating areas, a lounge, a pool table, a smoking deck, a pool on the patio, and the pool bar.
Each apartment comes with a privately allocated parking bay in the modernized garage, which is strictly reserved for the guest’s use.
For security and safety reasons, IDs are requested before arrival.
Only the guests whose names appear on the booking will be granted access to the unit unless prior arrangements have been made. This ensures proper access and allows all individuals to be accounted for in case of fire or other emergencies.
Laundry is available at R25 per load for the washing machine and dryer.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00, and parties are not permitted.
