Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Strictly no smoking inside.
Please try to keep noise levels down, especially after 21:00. The sound gets amplified by the waterway, and the neighbours can be a bit fussy sometimes. Please refrain from using speakers outside.
Strictly no parties or events.
Please be aware that breakages will be charged for upon departure.
If you use the braai, please make sure to clean it after you have used it.
Please do not move the furniture or beds around.
Strictly no pets allowed.
Please note that we only have one parking bay available in the garage.
