Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
1. No loud noise or music – Marloth Park enforces quiet calmness to preserve the bush environment.
2. Please keep all doors and windows closed – when not at the premises. Baboons and monkeys make their way in the house, and can cause a great number of damages.
3. No feeding of animals by hand or touching wildlife. Especially those with horns and tusks’ its dangerous. Please do not feed the monkeys, or baboons.
4. Drive slowly (adhere to speed limits in the park) and be aware of animals and pedestrians.
5. No littering or open fires except in designated braai areas which is controlled
6. No fireworks or motorbikes/quads allowed in the park.
7. Water and electricity must be used sparingly. Solar and tank systems are provided; please use responsibly. Switch off air-cons when going out of the room.
8. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near wildlife, swimming pool and play areas. Children to be supervised when on the second floor of the house due to windows and doors opening to balconies etc.
9. Respect your neighbours and the environment.
10. NO Pets allowed.
11. Boma – No large fires, no unattended fires, please put your fire out when going to bed
12. Treat the house with respect, and leave it in the same state you found it.
13. No third-party bookings
14. No visitors – Only registered guest allowed on the property.
15. Report any damages immediately – with pictures
16. Stairs – ensure special care taken when using the stairs inside and outside the house.
17. No entry allowed to the inverter & battery room.
18. No tampering with gas cylinders, when experiencing any problems with geysers or gas stove please report to the owner to arrange qualified specialist for repairs.
