House Rules
- No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs.
- No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited. Violations of the smoking policy within the property may incur cleaning and repair costs.
- No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.
- Illegal Activities Prohibited: Illegal activity and possession of firearms within the property is strictly prohibited.
- Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced.
- The building/property Body Corporate rules, of which a printed copy is available to all guests at the property, apply to all guests.
