Comfortable, good value, friendly.

Very welcoming. The only issue was the TV in my room, a bit temperamental.

Dear David, thank you for your visit to Arumfield Accommodation, where we trust you were comfortable. We are sad to hear that you had a challenge with the TV, which was apparently only on the last evening you spent there. It is possible that the Apple box had become faulty - we will certainly address this immediately. Other than that, it seems there was one occasion where you may have inadvertently switched to analog from HDMI, when Rene was able to correct it for you immediately. Should you still feel that there were other problems with the TV that we are not aware of, we would be very happy to hear of them in order to correct whatever we can as soon as possible. Baie lekker.

Ons het vreeslik lekker gebly en baie gebruik gemaak van die swembad. Rene was altyd beskikbaar, baie behulpsaam en vriendelik. Ons sal vir seker weer daar bly wanneer ons die geleentheid kry.

It was great. No complaints.

We had a lovely stay. We had no major complaints, save for the granny complaining about the lack of normal tv for her news and soapies. Perhaps, if possible at all, Arum Field may look into providing access to normal tv for the older guests. Netflix is foreign to them.

My sister and I had a wonderful, comfortable stay at Arum Field.

My sister and I had a wonderful, comfortable stay at Arum Field. It was conveniently located to the places we needed to be. As a mobility impaired person my sister had easy access to the property and room. Rene and Linda were extremely helpful and friendly.

Value for money.

I was not happy with the Netflix benefits as it took a long time for the system to work. Only a week later did they change the remote battery which made life much easier. Furthermore, the bedding was only changed also a week later. The rest of the stay was awesome.

Dear Morne, thank you for your valued input. We have taken your comments very seriously and investigated the situation.
It is regrettable that the remote battery seemed to come to the end of its life during your stay, and we are so sorry that you suffered it for a week before reporting what was such an easy item to correct. It is standard service practice to change bedding on a weekly basis unless of course there is a change in the guest using the suite, so with your stay being for 2 weeks, it would have been scheduled halfway through your stay. Cape Town is unfortunately in the grips of the most severe drought crisis in history. Guesthouses and all consumers have been requested to be ultra conservative in the use of water where it is unnecessary, whereby this has unfortunately also led to most compliant guesthouses drastically reducing the laundry patterns overall. We are also not able to do any laundry on site due to the restrictions and have to make use of commercial laundry services. Nevertheless, we trust you had a generally very pleasant stay in the free upgrade to the Space Suite, of a much higher daily rate than you were charged for the Pool Suite, being half the size. Weg van die wind en baie sentraal om as basis te gebruik om die Kaap te verken. Naby Blouberg se strand en winkels.

Baie lekker gebly. Die eenhede kort net air cons want die kamers was warm teen die laat middag se tyd. Die dakwaaiers kan nie die kamers koel hou nie. Oorweeg asb elektriese hekke! Slotte oop en toesluit vir toegang is nie veilig nie en jy maak staat op almal om wel die hek sal sluit dus 'n risiko vir jou voertuig. Wil nie in die reën nog met 'n slot ook sukkel om toegang tot die perseel te kry nie.
