Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please respect our neighbours: no loud music, parties, or excessive noise - Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
The house is not pet-friendly, and day visitors are not permitted.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside; any signs of either will result in forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
Kindly wash and put away dishes before leaving to avoid extra fees.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days, minus any deductions. The booking holder is responsible for any extra costs if the deposit is insufficient.
The property owner and manager are not responsible for any injury, death, loss, damage, or theft to any person or their property, including any items left behind
