’n Ware wegbreek! Ek het ’n ongelooflike tyd gehad! Die plek is netjies, goed toegerus en het ’n unieke, ontspanne atmosfeer. Alles was skoon en gemaklik, en ek het regtig lekker gebly. Ek beveel dit beslis aan vir enigiemand. Sal beslis weer gaan!

Poor service, neglected, unprofessional. Am highly disappointed. Looked promising on pictures but it is very dull and neglected. We had an issue yesterday 01/08/2026 with warm water. When you open the tap, the steam comes out, not even 2 minutes than the water is cold. We called maybe 3 times, no one answer. Called the other number we had and someone came to check. They told us let it run for 5 minutes and it will be hot. The guy was there a few times to check and confirmed with us that it is not getting hot. We called the website and they said they will call the people to assist us. Today when we left, there was still no hot water, they refused to give a discount cause the maintenance guy said there was no problem with the hot water which is complete utter BS. We had to book another place this morning just to be able to shower. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional, not even worth your money. The cabin we slept in is the luxury cabin, nothing was luxury about it. Plugs are out of the wall next to the bed, the ceiling fan doesn’t even work, the overall stay was terrible. It is like living in cheap make luxury. And believe me I am not gonna leave it here, will review everywhere and have pictures of how neglected the rooms are. Either they change management or do something drastically.

Thanks for the review. Some people see the place as dull if they expect a luxury hotel, but some people appreciate the beauty of nature around them. The very same morning the guest checked in, there were guests that slept in the very same unit for two nights, without any complaints. Although we don't have maintenance people after 20:00 at night, we still tried to assist the guest. We offered a unit next door, not even 5 metres from his unit, to take a shower, but as his wife is pregnant, they didn't accept the offer. We really tried to walk the extra mile, but didn't succeed. There was already a discount of R800, so therefore, we didn't refund the guest.
