Ons was so vriendelik ontvang en het ons aand so geniet! Alles is so skoon en netjies en die eenheid ontbreek aan niks. Dis so smaakvol en gemaklik. Beddens was so gemaklik, ons wou nie opstaan die volgende oggend nie. Baie veilig en in 'n baie goeie buurt! Pragtige uitsig vanaf die stoep voor die eenheid. Ons sal definitief weer by Annalise se Belvedere Cottage bly en kan dit vir enige iemand aanbeveel!

Wow!

All we can say is wow! This gem is even better than the photos. We had high expectations, and Belvedere still exceeded them. From the moment we walked in, you could feel the peace and tranquillity in the air. Situated in a gorgeous, lush and lively garden, this cottage is what dreams are made of. Annalise welcomed us in the most friendly and generous manner and she was an excellent host right from the start. She made sure we had everything we needed, from loadshedding lights to extra bottles of water and special treats, more than enough towels, extra bedding and cleaning supplies. Her communication was excellent and we had a lovely chat with her and her husband. They are really wonderful and kind people. The cottage was incredibly neat, clean and tastefully decorated and the bedding was very luxurious. The night sounds coming from the garden were a wonderful lullaby to fall asleep to. There is not a single "bad" thing that we can say about our stay here. If you doubt your choice to book Belvedere, this is your sign to book it. You will not regret it!

Ons kan Belvedere met 'n oop gemoed hoog aanbeveel! Soveel dinge het ons verwagtinge ver oortref - volledig toegerus, uiters netjies, ruim, gerieflik, wonderlike linne en bed, gasvryheids-items in oorvloed, en 'n gawe gasvrou.

Skoon, netjies, rustig.

All in all, a totally perfect spot. I cannot fault anything.

Belvedere is perfectly appointed, it is beautifully clean and well-stocked with all necessities. We were extremely comfortable and well looked after. The breakfast was delicious too. If we return to Grahamstown, we'll look no further than the Belvedere, for sure.

Comfortable accommodation although I would have preferred a double or queen bed.

Ons het in 'n baie droë, warm Grahamstad aangekom. Ons gasvrou het dadelik heerlike yswater met suurlemoen vir ons voorgesit. Alles was skoon en met sorg en smaak. Heerlike nagrus gehad voor ons Transkei aangedurf het.

Conveniently situated and quiet.

The accommodation consisted of two spacious rooms with a very nice kitchen lounge area. The rooms both had heaters and were very warm. The area is in a nice quiet part of Grahamstown, but only a 2 min drive to the centre. Annalise, the owner, met us on arrival and made sure everything was in order. We will definitely return.
