Price Includes

Rates displayed are based on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No Smoking inside the premises.

Please dispose of sanitary items in the bins; the sewage operates on a septic tank system.

Note that long-duration stays will be charged an additional cost per week for cleaning service, which takes place every Friday. (Long duration stays based on 2 weeks plus).

Guests will encounter garden services potential on the premises from time to time to maintain the upkeep.

When using the small braai on the upper deck, ensure to place the provided galvanised sheet below the braai, and do not place the braai up against the railing, as it will be a high fire risk.

Sufficient cleaning appliances and chemicals are provided; please do not waste full and replace as needed.

Guests must please ensure to put all refuse bags in the garage/black bin. Garbage collection takes place every Monday. Please ensure to take the bin and bags to the edge of the property.

Disclaimer:
By entering, occupying, or using the facilities at Blooming Tides, located at 4 Woodford Place, Paradise Beach, Jeffreys Bay, all guests, visitors, and occupants do so entirely at their own risk.

The owner, host, landlord, and any representatives of Blooming Tides accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, accident, death, theft, or damage to personal property suffered by any person while on the Premises or arising from their stay.

This includes all incidents involving slips, trips, and falls on decking, stairways, steps, wooden walkways, tiled areas, outdoor surfaces, or any uneven terrain, whether caused by weather conditions, surface conditions, sand, lighting, footwear, or any other contributing factor.

Personal Property:
Guests remain fully responsible for the safety of their own belongings, vehicles, valuables, and equipment. The owner of Blooming Tides is not liable for any theft, loss, breakage, or damage to personal property, whether inside the unit, on the deck, in vehicles, or anywhere on the Premises.

Damage to Blooming Tides Property:
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage, breakage, stains, misuse, or loss caused—whether accidental or intentional—to the property, furniture, appliances, décor, outdoor areas, or any contents belonging to Blooming Tides.
The owner reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs from the guest.

Indemnity:
Guests hereby indemnify and hold the owner of Blooming Tides harmless from any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, or legal costs arising from their stay or use of the Premises, including incidents involving personal injury, property damage, slips, trips, falls, or damage caused to Blooming Tides’ property.

Use of Facilities:
All facilities and amenities at Blooming Tides are used voluntarily and at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard is on duty (where applicable), and the owner assumes no liability for any water-related incidents.

Condition of Premises:
Guests must exercise caution and take reasonable care when using stairs, decking, steps, outdoor walkways, and all areas that may become slippery due to wind, rain, waves, or sand.
By staying at Blooming Tides, guests acknowledge these inherent risks and accept full responsibility for their safety.
