House Rules

No smoking is allowed inside the house.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Any additional visitors require prior approval.

Use of the swimming pool and other facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children.

A safe is provided for valuables.

Complimentary WiFi is available.

The villa is self-catering. Cleaning services are available for long-term stays at an additional cost and should be arranged in advance.

Linen, towels, and blankets are provided. For stays longer than five days, a complimentary change of linen and towels is included.

Wildlife roams freely in Marloth Park. Special wildlife pellets are available for purchase to feed the animals, but guests are requested not to feed animals by hand.

Do not feed monkeys, as they can become a nuisance.

Guests are responsible for disposing of their own waste responsibly.

Wear insect repellent and long sleeves to protect against mosquitoes.

All Marloth Park Conservancy rules must be followed, including speed limits.

Walking on the roads between sunset and sunrise is prohibited.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Guests should respect other guests and neighbours.

No loud music, parties, or shouting is permitted.

Management reserves the right to terminate a stay if rules are not followed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
