May we kindly request no eating/drinking in the beds due to white bedding being provided. Any damages or stains due to food/drink/pens/koki markers, hairdye, etc will be for the cost of the guests should it need to be professionally cleaned or replaced. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
A refundable damage deposit of between R500 to R1500 is payable and needs to clear in the account 48 hours prior to arrival,the amount will be determined by the owner Jannie per booking. *IMPORTANT*
The wind at times are very strong in the westcoast & damages the umbrellas if used/left outside in the wind. Please take them down when the wind picks up.
*USE OF BRAAI
Should you wish to make use of the inside braai, please make the fire towards the back of the braai to prevent excess smoke in the house. PLEASE do not attempt a bonfire indoors.

A cleaning fee of R350 is payable once off and additional cleaning to be arranged before check in at a cost of R350 per unit per cleaning booked.
