House Rules
Electricity up to R2000 is included. Extra usage will be billed separately. Average monthly use is around R1000, so it’s unlikely that guests will exceed this with normal use.
A pet fee of R2,000.00 per booking applies.
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking inside the property.
No unregistered guests allowed on the premises.
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — please be respectful of neighbors.
Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.
Please turn off lights, heating/cooling, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.
Keep the property clean and tidy — treat it as you would your own home.
Dispose of trash in the bins provided and do not leave food out, especially overnight.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
Any damages or issues should be reported immediately.
