Breathtaking Views. Incredible views from every nook and cranny from the “apartment” and the huge veranda. It was great to be able to watch all the activity there—all the boats coming in and out, the catches, and the fishermen on the “wall”. The dish soap, sponge, and dish towels were a bonus; not all places provide them, as well as the coffee and tea. The washing machine was a winner since we were on a “cruise” first. Unfortunately, we didn’t have hot water in the taps, as we shared it with Ocean Basket right below us, but that was somehow fixed. We did still struggle with water occasionally. Helen from the agency in GB was so helpful with that, especially over Easter weekend. Unfortunately, we had to cancel a “charter” to be there the next day for the plumber. We did get time back, but not our “charter” experience. Although it is a spacious place, it needs a lot of “TLC” (some of the blinds are very broken, the floors are full of paint marks and some of the drawers in the cupboards are broken or cannot open). The cleaning team also needs to really pay attention to how they clean. There were a lot of brown hairs all over the place, like in the fans and in the large plates inside the kitchen cupboard. Unfortunately also “old” dust in places. A vacuum cleaner and a mop for cleaning would be appreciated. The tiles are too rough for a broom.
