Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5740 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note: A once-off administration fee and a refundable breakage deposit (equal to one night’s stay) apply. Breakage deposits are refunded on the 10th of each month (except December).
Simbithi Eco Estate requires fingerprint access at an additional fee (deducted from the breakage deposit). Returning guests with fingerprints already on file are exempt.
Short-term guests do not have access to the Sports Complex. The unit is serviced Monday–Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Cheques are not accepted. No smoking is allowed.
A starter pack (toilet paper, soaps, Sunlight liquid, dustbin bag) is provided. Guests must bring their own swimming and beach towels.
The host may substitute similar accommodation if needed. Bookings for students or unsupervised guests under 25 are not accepted. Overcrowding is not allowed; extra guests must be pre-arranged, or eviction and forfeiture may occur.
