Great. We spent Easter weekend camping at Impala. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times when you had to deal with them. Everything is clean and exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most likely visit them again. The only minor issue I had was due to the size of my tent; the demarcated tent areas are too small, and the site is more suited to caravan camping. The demarcated area for the caravan is paved, so it is not ideal for tent setup as there is no place for tent pegs to be hit into the ground. Due to the amazing staff, they quickly assisted me in pointing out where I can position my tent safely without interfering with the underground power and water infrastructure, and safely anchor my tent to the ground. The other minor issue we experienced was that the power was a bit unstable; I believe we experienced voltage drops, but this is not a major issue at all. When running a fan, every few minutes the fan would basically turn off and start again. The private ablution is clean. All in all, it was an amazing stay and I would recommend them to anyone else.

Pynlik netjies, skoon. Rustig! Ons was werklik aangenaam verras! Pynlik netjies! En skoon. Elke staanplek het sy eie opwas- en ablusiegeriewe! Die staff is so vriendelik! Ideaal vir familie saamtrekke of groepe vriende wat wil wegbreek!

Best. My stay was the best; however, for camping, check-in at 15:00 is very late because setting up takes time. 12:00 or 13:00 will do. Try to trim the trees on the tent camping spot so it does not damage tents. More lights would also be beneficial.

Great stay. Great, a lot of space in the kitchen lounge area with pool table and dartboard, and pool. We enjoyed the stay. Next time we will stay longer and enjoy the braai area and the walks or self-drive. Plenty to explore. Very nice owners and polite staff.

Mooiste verblyf, ruim, skoon en netjies. Lieflike verblyf! Ons het so lekker gebly en dit is mooi en netjies, en daar is skoonmakers wat in kom deur die dag. Sal enige tyd weer soontoe gaan. Let net op dat as jy na Dinokeng self-drive en Safari mall ens. wil gaan, dit so 20 km grondpad is wat mens ry na alles.

Baie dankie vir die mooi terugvoer en die 5-ster-graderings! Ons is baie bly dat julle die verblyf geniet het en dit mooi, skoon en netjies gevind het. Net rakende die terugvoer oor die grondpad na Dinokeng: Ons noem wel reeds in ons verwelkomingskommunikasie dat die naaste winkels ongeveer 25 km vanaf die verblyf is. Ons probeer dit vooraf duidelik kommunikeer sodat gaste hul inkopies en roete daarvolgens kan beplan. Ons waardeer die terugvoer en hoop om julle beslis weer te verwelkom!
