House Rules
Please note that the apartment is accessible via 3 flights of stairs as there is no lift available.
Only cash payments at the office will be accepted for laundry and unit servicing.
Please keep noise levels low between 22:00 and 07:00. No loud music is allowed during these hours.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
No fireworks are allowed. Braaiing on balconies or patios is strictly prohibited.
Please familiarise yourself with the complex rules provided in the unit.
The guest is responsible for the actions of all members of their party, and all must adhere to the rules and regulations of the property owner, Jakaranda Holiday Flats, and the applicable municipal bylaws.
The owner and Jakaranda Holiday Flats cannot be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, injury, or death suffered by the tenant or their guests during their stay.
