Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Houses and flats are let strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
No loud music, noise and parties are allowed at any time of day. Quiet time between 20:00 - 08:00.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
All outstanding fees must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival for low season and 1 month for high season via cash, EFT and bank deposits. It will be refunded on the 7th and 21st day of every month closest to your departure date
No pets allowed.
Smoking inside the unit is not permitted.
Cleaning services are available on weekdays at an additional cost.
Guests must please leave the unit in the same condition as they received it.
