Beautiful, well-equipped home with spectacular views. Spotlessly clean, and safe. It would be difficult to find a better place! The house was exceptionally well equipped, spotlessly clean, and had spectacular views from every room. We felt completely safe in Sandbaai and really appreciated the heaters, which kept the rooms warm and cosy. The agents also went above and beyond with their honesty and service. After we left, they contacted us to let us know they had found a chain and pendant and offered to post it back to us. Honesty and service at another level! We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location. Location is hard to beat; the ocean view was magnificent. The property is dated, except for the front bedroom, which was nicely done. There were only 2 heaters in the front and back bedrooms. The bathroom toilet wasn't working, the microwave didn't heat even though it was running, and the dryer is very loud but got the job done. The front gate is about to fall apart, and the back gate and back door were hard to lock, unlock, and open. The agent was very responsive and helped whenever we had a request.

Dear Marie, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We truly appreciate your feedback and value your input. It honestly helps us to improve amenities, keeping a hand on all the maintenance that needs to be attended to, and to improve the overall guest experience. We are so happy to hear that you've enjoyed the views and that the main bedroom was up to standard. We truly appreciate that you've mentioned all the other appliances that were not working and need replacement. It is really a great help to us as we are not always aware of these things. We always welcome any feedback to help us better our properties and get everything up to standard and to guest satisfaction and expectations. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that these problems may have caused you during your stay and hope that you'll be visiting our beautiful Hermanus again in the near future. Kind regards, the Hermanus Holiday Home Solutions team
