Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- R500 refundable breakage deposit is payable to the managing agent.
- Please note there is an optional cleaning fee at an additional cost per service.
- No smoking is permitted in the unit.
- Guests need to bring their own bath and swimming towels.
- Please book the tennis court in advance at the Laguna La Crete offices.
- Please note: The agents and the body corporate do not allow parties, noise, loud music or overloading.
