Above all else the place is amazing.

The place is absolutely stunning and clean. Everyone was very friendly. The view was amazing. Only the load shedding had to spoil, but that cannot be helped. Also, the other bad thing was that you had to buy your own electricity, which I think the owner should have included in the price that we paid.

It was a pleasure to host you and your family. Thank you for respecting our special unit and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted you found our property amazing, stunning, and clean. We appreciate your kind words about the friendliness of our team and the breathtaking view.

Regarding your concerns about load shedding and the prepaid electricity, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Load shedding is unfortunately beyond our control, and we understand the frustration it can cause.

Regarding the prepaid electricity, we strive to provide transparency. However, this is mentioned in our house rules on the booking platform and the information booklet that we shared with you. All units at Le Touessrok are fitted with pre-paid electricity meters. This makes it difficult to ensure that electricity is always available as it cannot be monitored remotely, and some guests use more electricity than others. We have had issues where guests needed additional power to be loaded at odd hours of the day. This caused unnecessary frustration for them. Our daily rates are already discounted, compared to other units in Le Touessrok with a similar sea view and location in the complex, to compensate our guests for the inconvenience of loading electricity when it is needed. We understand that different accommodations have varying policies, and we aim to be clear about ours to ensure a smooth experience for our guests.

Despite these challenges, we hope you had an enjoyable stay.
