We're delighted that you have chosen our property for your stay
Please read each of the rules carefully to avoid any penalty upon check-out
Keep the place clean, dispose all rubbish inside the dustbins provided in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms
Do not forget to switch off all appliances and lights, lock the door, close windows when leaving the property
No noise pollution allowed, keep noise down, any fines resulting from noise complaints will be passed on to you
Unregistered guests /extra visitors are not allowed to the property, honor the number of guests you have registered
Additional guests will result in immediate cancelation of the reservation and /or penalty per additional guest per night
Alcohol is allowed, drink responsibly
Smoking is allowed only outside of the property on the balcony, ashtray is provided for cigarettes butts
No party/events allowed
No eating /drinking in the bedrooms
Please report any accidental damage
The main gate access code is generated daily for you and expires at midnight (12:00)
