Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Additional linen is available for longer stays at an additional cost.
Please note, that the accommodation is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in, and must match the names on the reservation.
The host reserves the right to deny access or cancel the booking without refund if unauthorised, undeclared, or third-party guests attempt to access the property.
By confirming your booking, you consent to the host collecting, processing, and storing your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
This may include your contact details, government-issued ID or passport copies, and booking information for guest verification, security, legal compliance, reservation management, and guest communication.
The host may share your information with its subsidiaries, affiliated entities, and linked companies, including Maison Lagrange, for operational, service delivery, and relevant marketing purposes, in accordance with POPIA.
