House Rules
The apartment is not serviced during the guests' stay. However, a cleaning service can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.
Air conditioning is available at an extra charge per day.
Guests are required to adhere to the house rules, which include no loud music or parties. A maximum of 4 guests is allowed at all times. Alcohol consumption is permitted only inside the apartment and is not allowed outside or in the parking area.
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per booking, and no additional cars are permitted. The driveway must remain clear at all times to ensure access for other tenants on the property.
