Baie lekker en vreeslik rustig. Die unit was baie netjies, en toegerus met enigiets wat jy sal nodig hê. Lekker naby aan die see en die kompleks was stil en skoon. Ons het baie lekker gebly.

Sea view, peaceful, accessible. It was lovely, perfect sea view, close to almost all amenities and beach points. Perfect for business and leisure. The check-in and check-out was smooth and quick, with very friendly hosts on call.

Excellent service and location. We had a wonderful time. We had an amazing time. The place was lovely, the views were stunning. It had everything we needed. Our host was always available and went out of his way to make our stay memorable. We would love to go back during the whale season.

Great apartment, poor location. We were given directions to the complex by the owner and it took us through a terrible area. It did not feel safe at all. The worst part was that the complex was less than a minute away from this area. The accommodation was in a gated and fenced position. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the bed comfortable. The view of the ocean was very good.

Dear Karen Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are so pleased to hear that Shan enjoyed the apartment, especially the ocean view, the comfort of the bed, and that everything was clean and well equipped. We are truly sorry that the arrival experience felt uncomfortable. As you know, we sent the same arrival guidance to both you and Shan, recommending driving into Hermanus Central before turning on Maps, as GPS can sometimes suggest a shorter route through the informal settlement. Unfortunately, navigation apps don’t always cooperate, even with advance guidance. We completely understand how first impressions matter, particularly when arriving somewhere unfamiliar, and we regret that this affected the experience. Please be assured that the complex itself is secure, gated, and fenced, and guest safety remains very important to us, with no incidents since the establishment was opened in 2016. Die plek is okay aangesien ons net vir een aand daar oorgebly het. Dit was okay, net ŉ paar goedjies kan verander. Miskien moet die matte net vervang word. Die matte laat ook die vertrek oud lyk. Groot asb. vir aircon of 'n fan, want slaapkamer vensters bly nie oop as daar ŉ windjie waai nie. WiFi het vanaf baie vroeg die oggend nie gewerk nie en ons moes al by agtuur vertrek, want ek kon nie my werk aflaai nie. Ook 4 adults is nie altyd 2 paartjies nie, so die 2de kamer is altyd beter met 2 beddens. Ons bly gereeld in die Hermus-omgewing en probeer altyd verskillende verblyfplekke. Moenie die koffie masjien soek nie, ons het dit nie op die toonbank gesien nie. Cruz was amazing toe hy ons kom verwelkom het.

Ons sal beslis kyk na die matte en die ander punte wat julle genoem het, soos die WiFi en die slaapplekopsies, om seker te maak ons verbeter die ervaring vir toekomstige gaste. Ons is bly om te hoor dat Cruz julle so vriendelik verwelkom het, ons span doen altyd ons bes om elke gas gemaklik te laat voel.
