House Rules
The complex is family-oriented and suitable for quiet, respectful guests. The unit is intended for families and guests who wish to enjoy the coast and sea. Bookings for “rage” groups, parties, or similar events are strictly not permitted. All guests are required to respect the complex, its residents, and all body corporate rules at all times. Any fines issued by the complex or body corporate due to guest behaviour, noise complaints, or rule violations will be for the guest’s account.
Quiet hours are strictly observed from 22:00 to 07:00 the following morning. Guests are requested to respect the owners and residents in the units above and adjacent to the unit. Excessive noise or disturbances are not permitted at any time.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Should smoking be detected within the unit, the cost of cleaning all linen, couches, beds, and curtains will be charged to the guest.
Pool rules apply as follows: children are not permitted in the pool area without adult supervision. Glass items are not allowed in the pool area, and the pool facilities must be treated with respect at all times.
The following amenities are available in the unit: a washing machine and a dishwasher. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and coffee creamer are provided. Guests are also provided with 6 × 500 ml bottles of water, placed in the fridge.
Dishwashing liquid and dishwasher cleaning tablets are supplied. A 4 kg bag of charcoal and firelighters is provided for use with the Weber braai.
