Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit is required prior to arrival.
FICA documentation must be submitted prior to arrival, including proof of address, a copy of ID, and bank-stamped banking details for the refundable deposit.
Guests are required to pre-register via the facial recognition link sent by email prior to arrival.
A valid vehicle licence disc and driver’s licence must be presented upon arrival.
No smoking is permitted inside the villas.
The maximum occupancy of the villa may not be exceeded.
Guests are required to ensure that doors and windows remain closed to prevent access by monkeys.
Trailers, motorbikes, and motorised boats are to be parked in designated areas only.
Pets are not allowed on the estate.
Late departures after 10:00 may result in a deduction from the breakage deposit.
Guests are required to inspect the villa inventory on arrival and report any discrepancies. Damaged or missing items may be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Daily servicing is available for selected villas between 08:00 and 14:00, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Standard villas are serviced every fifth day.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
