The house is self-catering, so guests are reminded to bring kitchen cleaning materials, toilet paper, toiletries, towels, and groceries, including food and drinks.
The property has a strict no smoking, no vaping, no hubbly bubbly, and no burning of incense policy inside the house.
These activities may be practised outdoors, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in the smoking cups provided on the patio.
Care must be taken not to burn or cause damage to the property.
No drugs or illegal activities are allowed on the premises.
Pets are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.
Children under 18 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Guests are requested not to use the kitchen’s pots, pans, cookware, or cutlery on the braai fire. If any items are damaged as a result, they will need to be replaced. Dedicated braai utensils are provided in the kitchen specifically for use with the braai.
Parties and celebrations are allowed by special arrangement and are subject to an additional security deposit, payable at the time of booking.
