Seabrook 403 is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment situated in a secure complex in Margate, approximately 60 m away from Margate Beach. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this coastal destination.
Accommodating up to 8 adults and 1 child, the unit comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet. Two of the other bedrooms each contain 2 single beds, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a tri-bunk bed consisting of a double bed and a child-only single bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a private balcony with stunning ocean views. The building boasts a communal braai area with outdoor seating, a games room and shared laundry facilities. Secure parking is available. Various local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity.
