Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In accordance with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. Guest verification is mandatory in order to confirm the booking.
ID/Passport is required at check-in.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy permitting a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
