Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00, with late check-in accommodated by prior arrangement only. Check-out is required by 10:00.
A deposit or the full reservation amount is required in advance, with any remaining balance payable at least 2 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 2 days or more before arrival are refunded in full. Cancellations made 12 to 48 hours before arrival are refunded at 50%, while cancellations made less than 12 hours before arrival, as well as no-shows and early departures, are charged in full.
A refundable security deposit may be required on arrival. The deposit is refunded within 7 to 14 days after check-out, subject to inspection and no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.
Children of all ages are welcome, and supervision is required at all times, particularly near the pool area.
No extra beds are provided unless arranged in advance.
Pets are allowed on request and subject to additional charges, with prior approval required before arrival.
Smoking is not permitted indoors and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted unless approved in writing by management.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00.
Free secure parking is available on site.
