Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Fleurpark/ Sealax Cottage rules to be signed by guest on check in, breaking any of these rules will result in loss of breakage fee. The owner and management of Sealax Cottage will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage incurred.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and noise is not permitted on the premises.
No music allowed to be played out of cars.
Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 09:00.
No tail gaiting is allowed at main gate, guests will be held liable for any damages caused to gate
Speed limit in Fleurpark is always 15km/h
Be aware of children and animals
Only valid drivers licence holders are allowed to drive in Fleurpark
Guests are not allowed to consume alcohol in the street, in open spaces or cars
Guests are not allowed any visitors
Strictly only amount of guests booked
