House Rules

The unit is not serviced.
Some sunscreens may cause permanent yellow staining on white linen and towels. Guests are requested to shower before getting into bed or using towels. Damaged linen will be charged for.
This is a family-friendly complex, and guests are expected to be considerate of neighbours at all times.
Parties, hen nights, bachelor parties, matric rage groups, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00.
Loud music, shouting, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted at any time.
Only registered guests may enter the property; additional visitors must be approved in advance.
Smoking or vaping inside the unit is not allowed.
Guests who smoke outside must dispose of cigarette butts safely and responsibly.
Pool hours are 08:00 to 20:00.
Beach and pool towels are not provided; guests must bring their own and may not use bath towels outside the unit.
No lifeguard is on duty; swimming is at guests’ own risk.
No glass, alcohol, or food is allowed directly around the pool.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Braais or fires may only be used in designated braai areas.
Fire extinguishers may not be misused and are for emergencies only.
Household rubbish must be disposed of in the designated refuse areas.
Bags may not be left outside, as monkeys may tear them open.
Towels and clothing may not be hung over railings or balconies.
Washing must be kept in designated areas and not be unsightly.
Guests must use only their allocated parking bay.
Vehicles may not be parked in another guest’s bay or in a way that blocks driveways or pathways.
No pets are permitted.
Wildlife must be respected and must not be fed, touched, teased, or antagonised.
Fines may apply for non-compliance.
Security personnel enforce the complex rules, and their instructions must be followed.
Unruly or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the property.
The complex and unit owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during a stay.
