House Rules
Smoking is not permitted in the unit, and pets are not allowed. Guests are requested not to feed monkeys or any other wildlife on the property, and plants in the garden should not be damaged.
Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 07:00, and guests are expected to avoid unruly behaviour, parties, or excessive drinking. Failure to comply with these rules may result in guests being asked to leave.
Guests are requested to report any damages immediately, and lost keys may incur a replacement fee. Furniture should not be damaged or rearranged, particularly the patio table, which is very heavy.
No open flames are permitted inside the house, including candles and incense.
Basic cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday. Cleaning services on Sundays and public holidays can be arranged at an additional cost. A laundry service is also available on request at an additional cost.
