Escape to Serene Sea View Suite, set on the mountainside above Fish Hoek with views of False Bay. Located in Fish Hoek, Cape Town, on the owner’s premises, it is on the lower level, with its own private entrance, and is ideal for small families or couples wanting to create lasting memories.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed. Additionally, there is a guest toilet with a toilet only. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, cutlery and crockery, a fridge-freezer, and a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. Leading from the kitchen into the living area, there is a round dining table with 6 chairs, as well as a lounge with comfortable seating. A TV and WiFi are available, with load-shedding backup for added convenience.
Outside, guests can enjoy the outdoor patio with a table and chairs, an ideal spot to enjoy an alfresco meal, braai, or watch the sunset. The property offers allocated street parking and an alarm system for peace of mind. It is also just a short drive from Fish Hoek Beach, Kalk Bay, and Chapman’s Peak.
