Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Marloth Park is a quiet wildlife area; loud music, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted
Doors and windows must be closed when leaving the property due to wildlife, including baboons
All gates around the property should be kept closed to prevent animals from entering or becoming trapped
Air conditioning may not be used during load shedding or when the inverter system is in use
Any damages or faults should be reported as soon as possible
Guests are requested to treat the property with care and respect the surrounding wildlife and neighbours
The property is accessed via a gravel road; road conditions may vary depending on the weather and should be confirmed prior to arrival
