Quiet hours are from 22:00 - 08:00.
No parties or events.
No commercial photography.
No smoking of any kind on the premises.
Do not feed anything to the dog.
Please ensure the front gate is always closed and the apartment is locked if you go out. Please ensure that the sun blinds are closed when you go out and when the sun is shining into the rooms when you are out.
Visitors are allowed at the premises until 21:30.
Limited basic supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags, tea and coffee etc, are provided for 3 to 4 days only. Guests are then responsible for stocking up their own supplies. Bayside and Table View Mall and other shopping centres are within walking distance of the premises.
Departure:
Gather used towels and put them in the linen basket.
Place trash bags outside the bedroom door.
Turn all lights and appliances off.
Return the keys.
Please be aware you could be asked to vacate the premises immediately, without a refund, if any of the following rules are broken:
Smoking in the premises.
Smoking of non-commercial products (Marijuana, Cannabis, etc) anywhere on the property.
Feeding the dog.
Parties are being held at the premises.
More than 2 guests occupying a bedroom.

Description
This pet-friendly self-catering cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 sharing bathroom. The bedrooms are both comfortably furnished with queen-sized beds. The bathroom is fitted with a washing machine, shower, toilet and a basin. The kitchenette is fully equipped for your convenience with a microwave, fridge, kettle, dishwasher and air-fryer. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating. The cottage also boasts its own garden, secure parking behind a sliding gate and has storage space for kite and surfing equipment.
