House Rules
Stay on the Bay rules to be signed by the guest on check-in; breaking any of these rules will result in loss of the breakage fee. The owner and management of Stay on the Bay will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage incurred.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and noise are not permitted on the premises.
No music allowed to be played out of cars.
Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 09:00.
No tailgating is allowed at the main gate; guests will be held liable for any damages caused to the gate
The speed limit in Fleurpark is always 15km/h
Be aware of children and animals
Only valid driver's licence holders are allowed to drive in Fleurpark
Guests are not allowed to consume alcohol in the street, in open spaces or in cars
Breakage fee of R2000 is payable on arrival. Any damages exceeding the R2000 breakage fee, is strictly payable before exit.
